Reminds me of the Birds nest in China...

Very fitting for Atlanta since they are the Falcons.

If asked for the first word that pops into my mind, I'd say ship or oil tanker.

Rendering of new Falcons/ GSU stadium
I guess we should expect more like that given what's been proposed for UNLV.

RE: Rendering of new Falcons/ GSU stadium
This is just a rendering by a "company" (not even a company, just a "think-tank" with a focus on interior design) with no connection to the actual project. The location they use is not even feasible.

By creating this thread you have now given them more recognition than they would have ever gotten otherwise. And made us all dumber by calling it the "Falcons/GSU" stadium.

Oh, and it's a blog post from JUNE, isn't a domed structure, and isn't connected to the GWCC.

Pretty much until the first bit of foundation is poured we won't be 100% sure of what the building looks like.

This.

This thread is beyond useless - no relation to reality in any way, shape or form.

Lets be honest, this is the new Falcons stadium. GSU will just happen to play there. Their existence has no bearing on this project other than a possible secondary renter.

The POINT is that nobody knows what the stadium will look like so a pointless thread.

Now, now, RR....let's not let facts get in the way of a good anti-GSU rant.

Georgia Southern has nothing to do with this thread until the Eagles join the SunBelt and show which GSU 03-lmfao really owns the new stadium.

Really sad man. Truly. Be proud of your program's and school's history.

RE: Rendering of new Falcons/ GSU stadium
That rendering is incredibly ugly. It looks like a giant bed pan.

Somewhat appropriate though...
