My Dad preached that sermon to me everyday. It's a powerful message that should be adhered to!

Sustained, consistent 8-10 win seasons that produce an exciting on field product coupled with a great gameday experience for families, students and young alums/members of the community. It won't be an overnight deal, winning people over will take time and ETSU will probably lose more battles to UT/VPI than they'll win, but if they can win some of those battles, then it grows for the next generation.

Yes...it is a process. ETSU was looking at the promised land when Les took off. I suggest these guys flee when they have a golden season before the roof falls in. ETSU needs a Brad Stevens...pay the man (if ETSU can find him). Shower the winner with affirmation so that they will never want to leave. The time to begin the process is now. I hope Noland calls a news conference.
