I think Lunardi projects the 1 bid conferences based on who is currently ahead in the standings. With that being said, whichever team other than Mason would likely be a 16 or 15 at the very best.

Speaking of brackets, this will be the last year of bracketbusters. Giving ESPN more opportunities to air Duke, UNC and Kentucky games. Lord knows they aren't on enough as it is.

He only has W&M up there because they "lead" the conference standings with a 1-0 record. The only CAA teams to have played to date are us and W&M. This will change, and it will change fast, lol.

The team may change but I don't think the seed gets very much higher.

Even if GMU or Drexel wins the CAA this year, I don't see them getting much better than a 14 or 15 seed regardless.

I completely agree with you. The seed will be astronomically lower than the past.

I've got Mason as the 14 seed but that's probably their ceiling as the CAA will drag them down like no other.

Has the CAA ever had a 16th seed as the highest seed in the tourney? Ouch.
