To be fair to BE hoops schools, I thought Tulane was dead
I traveled to our basketball game at Tulane last year and have been to multiple football games at Tulane. I was at the hoops game when AA committed to us at the All-American game, and had friends calling me. I told some of them I was with a few friends at the old Tulane gym and there was no way Tulane would be D1 in five years. It was horrible.

FF to today, and they are Big East, at least for a moment, and we are not. Who knows in two weeks which conference will be what, but I find it ironic and proximity was the only thing I was happy with re: Tulane. So I feel you, BE hoops schools. Maybe they need to cut ties and move on. And if they are talking the talk, what is their tv contract actually going to be worth?

Now that he has moved on, the first time UAB traveled to Fogelman under Mike Davis he had his family in tow. When they entered the arena, Davis' youngest son blurted out - probably much too loudly - "This isn't really where they play, is it, Dad?!?" To be fair, this was immediately following his stint in the B1G.

I wonder what the Davis family thinks of TSU's campus and facilities?
