If the Sun Belt Conference wanted Richmond
to add a school that not only plays good football but also plyas really good basketball:

A) Would Richmond be interested?

B) How long would Richmond need to get ready for the move up?

When answering this question, assume for arguments sake that this would be Richmond's only chance to move up to the FBS for 20 years due to the NCAA restricting any school from moving up unless invited to join a FBS conference, and the Mid-American, Conference USA and Big East have filled up with other teams. I know they have not yet, just for arguments sake.

RE: If the Sun Belt Conference wanted Richmond
