My friend and I observed the same problem with Faz, he was the tallest player on the court, but played small, No. 21 for So. Alabama beat him off the floor over and over, when Faz was able to get position, he rushed his shot afraid that he might get it blocked, because he doesnt play well with his back to the basket.
Faz should take his time, get his head around and find the basket before he shoot the basket.

I agree. He should have been able to score 30 against South Alabama, but he's just not there yet. Hopefully, he keeps improving.
