Only hope that if we get him that he enrolls for spring semester. I like the height of a lot of the OL we are getting but not their weight after two years in JC. Would want them get as much time in the weight room under the oversight of our training staff as possible. Would want them all to be a minimum of 320 by their final season of play.

I just saw a article from an auburn writer that said danzey would be there this weekend

Thanks, I saw that too.

I have always said the talent is out there but you have to work for it. I am glad Coach Fuente is on the job.

We have alot of good juco talent visiting today. McClain from down the road at northwest c.c. would be a good get. So would the juco linebacker from cali that Syracuse wants. I really hope we get will dancy. He's a quality lineman that played at hargrove last year with one of our freshman lineman. Dancy is a quality lineman that's a midyear guy with three years to play. But Joe Craig a WR who originally signed with clemson and spent a year there but got kicked off the team is a interesting prospect . If he was good enough to sign with clemsom i think he would be a good get for us.

Have heard we are in contact with another transfer from Missouri that has graduated. Supposed to be a stud player.

I'm intrigued by RB Wallace. Seems like an under the radar type of player. Nice frame, good hands and speed.

That RB was supposedly committed to us, don't know what happened with him.

Talked to a blogger while he was covering the Arkansas State 7a championship. Wallace would be a good get. Smart offenses in NW Arkansas. This kids sounds like a workhorse.

I think the reason why people aren't on Wallace harder is because this school produces running backs that run for a lot of yards but don't do anything in college. Its the same thing with the running backs at south panola

Interesting that you make that comparison. I've always wondered about the limited performance by SP's RBs at the next level. The playbook is definiately thicker, had always assumed they had the talent.

If we sign as many of the mid-year guys as we can, and then a full class in Feb., that will get our numbers up quite a bit

You can definitely see Coach Fuente's metroplex roots showing, 3 from OK and a bunch from TX on the list.

I think we only have 2 at most that count towards 2012. We can sign a full 25 for 2013. That being said, I think we will still be 7-8 short from our max of 85.

RE: My 6th annual Updated Memphis Football Visit/Committed List
Quick question on the rules. If we have a recruit come in this spring does he have to count towards last years class? Or does he have to wait until the summer to sign up for classes?

Say we have the 2 NDTiger says we can allot towards last years class. They enroll in the Spring. If all other recruits count towards the 2013 class, can any of them enroll in the Spring or do they have to wait until the summer?

Isn't signing day tomorrow? I would have thought we would be hearing about some JUCO commitments over the past couple of days.

If accurate, sounds like we got WR Craig & DE Alfred. Hoping we also got TE Bibbs, OL Dancy, and RB Wallace. That would be a very successful weekend.
