Just an FYI, the last 2 Orange Bowls have been the MNF crew. I wanted to do a little research with the hope that I didn't see Herbstreit on the list. Hopefully this still holds true for this year's game.

Imagine Gruden talking about Lynch? For all the Gruden haters, this game might actually turn you. He could go nuts on his love for Lynch.

omg could you imagine herstreit just tearing into NIU for that entire game. He ruined my night last night and made me wake up angry today but if he were the announcer to ruin that game as well that would be too much.

I heard somewhere that our old buddy Joe Tessitore will be doing the game.

wouldn't be surprised if ESPN moved the game to ESPN3 lol, last night was watching a nazi rally there was so much hate lol

I really like Mike Tirico. I'm not positive, but I think he announced the MACC game when we played Akron. I still remember some of his calls when Wolfe was tearing it up.

Nope. I don't think Millen is bad unless you make him talk about JoePa, and I love Tess. At least Tess will bring some NIU knowledge to the broadcast.

Kirk Herbstreit and Robin Roberts would be my first choice in the booth, with Jeese "The Bachelor" Palmer doing sideline reporting. Bonus would be Lee Corso and Lou Holtz in the studio doing pre-game, half-time and post-game analysis. And hopefully they can shoehorn some Tony Siragusa in as well, for added fun.
