Need some Info on seating at Ford Field
I went to the CMU board and didn't see any activate so I figured some of your fans could answer a quick question.

How is seating at Ford field and any seating to stay away from? Which area is better to watch the game from....

Club seating or Lower Reserved? Also when I checked the WKU site and clicked on the tickets I wanted I received this...

Section GA2
Row G00
Seat 1, 2
view map

When you click on the map all the seats are numbered and no letters. Which section in the below picture matches the above seating.

RE: Need some Info on seating at Ford Field
I sat in section 107 row 25 and had a great view of the game. The seating is chairback with arm rests on both sides so that was nice. I did take a blanket to sit on for comfort but ended up standing most of the game. I really dont think there is a bad place to sit.
The food and drinks were a bit pricey but it is an NFL stadium so its expected. Bottle water was $5 a burger was $6 to give a rough idea. They do sell beer.

We parked a block from the stadium on bush st and paid $10.

Other then that good luck driving Michigan drivers were pretty bad and have a good time

Thanks for the info and I'm leaning toward section 107 also and I have one other question. Do the seat numbers run from left to right? Other words if you are sitting in seat 2 seat 3 would be to your left and 1 to your right.

It's that way in every stadium I visited but the when I clicked on the little dots (seats) at the left end of row 30 in section 107...ticketmaster came back with seat 1 & 2 which is the opposite of what I was expecting.

Actually those prices don't sound too bad...if Kent St ever plays at WKU you will be shocked by our prices on food. Lot of choices from Sonic to Pizza, to Chicken, to BQ wings and even Steamers sea food to go along with the hotdogs and burgers and $4 water and $5 cokes...beers not too bad 16.oz can $5

Parking also sounds great....Paid $25 at Alabama and had to walk 2 miles and $20 at uk for a 1.5 mile walk and $10 at the 4 SBC games I went to. I lived through the stupid drivers in Miami so hopefully Michigan drivers won't be any worse :)

Thanks again for the info

Seat #1 is the aisle seat on left side of the row. Seat #20 is the aisle seat on the right end.

I sat in row 11 of section 108 at the 30 yard in seat 8. Very nice view, but down that low I was almost forced to watch the big screen when Kent was near the west end zone. At that point it would probably have been more beneficial to be up higher. We parked right at the stadium in the north parking lot for $10. It was way cheaper than anything two blocks away and very easy to get out since we were just one block from the highway.

RE: Need some Info on seating at Ford Field
Thanks this helps a lot especially on the view from lower row seats. I expected that but different stadiums have different elevations on their seating. I like a great overall view so you can see plays developing so we will be getting tickets in 107 seat 1 &2 (which should be closer to the 50) and the last row.

Thanks again.
