How this all turns out
C-USA takes from WAC,MWC,FCS
Big East steals from C-USA
ACC steals from Big East
Big Ten steals from ACC

So really the ACC will be a hybrid Big East and ACC
and the Big East the C-USA essentially.
That is how I see things

Actually the Big 10 like the SEC takes from whomever they want.
