The Main Board over at Rivals is saying its Jovan Belcher, although that's unconfirmed as of a few mins ago.

Killed his GF prior to himself.

I always find it hilarious that a website that is updated by users always gets over moderated. This is a perfect example.

I can't hate on Wikipedia too much though. It helped write me several papers in college in its early days of existence.

They took it down because their families hadn't been notify yet. Its not over-moderation, its common courtesy and sensitivity to the families.

My condolences to their families. It's sad and shouldn't have happened.

Not to be argumentative but I highly doubt the families were like "Where is Jovan and his girlfriend? I don't know. Check Wikipedia."

He shot himself after saying thank you to the Coach Crenell and GM Pioli. What a shame. Wonder if he was okay

Prepare to watch media coverage blame concussions and the violent nature of football. I'm not saying they are not right but sometimes people are just messed up, such a sad situation. He did it right in front of pioli and crennel which is going to haunt them forever and he had a daughter who lost both her parents today. Truly a tragic situation.
