Comprehensive list of who to root for this weekend.
There are bits and pieces scattered across 100 threads, but I thought it'd be nice to consolidate our rooting interests into one thread before championship weekend kicks off.

Besides our beloved Huskies, here is what we want. Please correct/add anything needed!

-Stanford over UCLA
-Kansas State over Texas

-Nevada over Boise
-GT over FSU
-Wisconsin over Nebraska
-TCU over Oklahoma
-Baylor over OK State

Go Huskies!

This weekend starts as far as I'm concerned after the NIU victory tonight! Once that happens, then it would be fun to able to speculate what in the world happens.

I wonder if us or KSU will be ranked still if we/they lose today.

I actually think we should root for Oklahoma. No way we pass them, they could just get in the way and sandwich themselves between us and others. What if voter A has UCLA 14 and NIU 18 and OK 11. If OK and UCLA lose I could see a scenario of UCLA 15, OK 16, NIU 17 in that voter's poll. That would further our gap with UCLA.

-NIU over Kent!!!
-Stanford over UCLA
-Kansas State over Texas
-Nevada over Boise
-GT over FSU
-Wisconsin over Nebraska

There is five games to worry about...we need two of three of the big ones gt..stanford..and kstate to win. Wisconsin and Boise wins would also help our cause. We would want a Boise loss if our goal was to make it to 14 or 15 in coaches poll..but our goal is to widen UCLA and niu pt differential and that would happen with a Boise win. Plus a Boise win may choke some Michigan vote increases

There's no harm in hoping the Kansas Jayhawks wins Saturday too. The computer will like our win against a 2-10 team as opposed to a 1-11 team... and this thing may very well come down to decimal points folks!...

Nevada's a good team (7-4) in their final home game, they've got a shot to take BSU down

Stanford won but too close for comfort. Not sure that a 3 pt loss after getting blown out the week before is going to drop UCLA down enough

I was thinking the same thing about Oklahoma.
