A Silver Lining
This may have been said on here before but last year's CUSA championship game between USM and Houston had higher ratings than the UNC/UK basketball game in the same time slot.

Food for thought.

Houston is gone.
USM sucks this year and has some major upheaval going on.

Your food for thought is rotten. :domokun:

You really think Houston's name alone brought that many viewers?

No, but they had one of those once in a generation teams. Had they won, they'd have gone to the BCS. Even a 2-loss USM team could have gone to the BCS last year. It's kind of comparable to the MACC game tonight. :muttering:

I blame a certain punter who kept pushing us back inside the 5 yard line that season .. during a certain game in West Virginia.... Everytime we thought we had something.. Mr. Bionic leg showed up!

Depends if we're good or not.

Viewership in Houston alone blew out every major time slots including UT vs Baylor. UT vs A&M.

Just like highest rated cable tv game on ESPN in 2009 was Tech v Houston.
