RE: OU game
I'm kind of confused, how/why would he not coach the bowl? I could see him getting a new job, but what would it bother for him to wait a couple weeks to start it?

It happens all the time. I believe it happened when Brian Kelly left UC for Notre Dame. I am sure DannyB can think of a lot more examples.

RE: OU game
I think its best to look at his past if he were to accept a job he would stay for the bowl game. He waited until after OSU's bowl game when he accepted the Kent job so I see no reason for him to just take off this time.

RE: OU game
I agree DH is gone. It's just a matter of where he goes. But let's worry about that after the NIU game. Our coaches will either leave or fail. I'll take leave when given those two options. By the way it looks like UCLA will lose also.

RE: OU game
If he leaves, I have no doubt that JN can make another good coaching hire. I'd hope his job would be more difficult to prove worthiness.

With what we have coming back on the MAC East Championship team, Hazell leaves the job much easier to fill.

But let's wait until we have to fill the job to think about it.

RE: OU game
Watching WWE Smackdown and during the Dolph Ziggler (Nick Nemeth) match and like normal they talk about his wrestling career at Kent, but to my shock they also mentioned that Kent was heading to the MAC championship game. Rather sad that the WWE has mentioned it the same amount of times that ESPN has.

HAHAHAHAAHAHA I can see him taking over either 60 minutes or the nightly news with his award winning journalism. Oh and that is SIR Michael Cole.

RE: OU game
Wasn't going to start a new thread, but I wanted everyone to know I went to the game tonight and watched OU and Coach Christian get banged up by Memphis. We pounded them in the paint and put a bigger guard on DJ and it threw him off a little. Kellogg was a non-factor as was Offutt and Ivo Baltic was throwing up bricks all over the joint. Someone on twitter tonight (referring to Baltic and his female genitalia) made the point to say Baltic hasn't been to the FT line in OU's last 17 games. Think about that stat. A forward who shoots a lot hasn't been to the line in 17 games. Soft as charmin.
