Very good win for the Trojans. While the name SMU doesn't normally doesn't strike fear in opponents eyes, they are a name school. That's something we needed to do, beat a team people
in Arkansas have heard of. We haven't done much of that lately.

The jury may still be out on how good SMU is, but the Trojans made it look fairly easy. These guys are looking better all the time. Looking forward to seeing how well we can play against SC.

Agreed that we really don't know how good SMU is. But I think this is a really nice win for the Trojans. Clearly, the organizers thought they would have a SMU/USC final, but that's what's great about these tournaments on neutral floors. The big "name" teams don't get all the calls like they get at home. Go Trojans! Now lets take it to the Gamecocks!

Well the ladies and men did a clean sweep of the smu this week and handed both teams their first loss of the season.

The Trojans only committed seven turnovers, and to their credit, it was a good time to hold them down, as SMU only committed ten. That's almost unheard of these days where we see mostly uptempo games.
