I like Dan Hawkins. We might have a decent pool to choose from.

Best of all, its a fball coach (Stull), who will interview them, and will see past the smoke screens.

To be honest, I'm sold sold too much on Hawkins. We know he was successful at Boise State, but he failed miserably at Colorado.

Dirk Koetter has now been listed as a possible candiate due to his past UTEP ties. I think we have a better chance of getting Koeter than Hawkins.

Koetter would be a stunning hire. I like him a lot and to get a successful OC out of the NFL, talk about a recruiting angle.

Also Willie Fritz of SHSU. A very good possibility and super successful at the FCS level and in Texas.

Those are my favorite 2 as of now. Hope we get one of them.

He wants to coach. I like that option too (if he will come).

It might as well be Dan Hawkins because it sounds so much like Don Haskins.
