If Gillon is able to score, he'll play a lot of minutes, moving between the point and two guard when Hagins enters the game. Or it's possible that Osse will replace Dillard at times, rather than moving Gillon to the two. Hope to see Stetson a little more tonight. I believe he's going to have a bigger impact on the program as the season progresses. He is similar to White in some areas, but is a little better shooter. It's a juggling act right now for Steve, finding the right combinations. Hopefully that will occur sooner rather than later.

No doubt Gillon, our leading scorer, will start. I've been interested to see what kind of player Stetson is. He was a great player at Strong. Big jump from there to even the midmajor college level. He was probably often the biggest player, and certainly the best athlete, on the court every game he played in high school. Does he have the talent to be an impact player in the Sun Belt? I guess we'll find out eventually- but I'm not sure how much to expect this season.

I have the feeling they're working really hard with him to get him ready for bigger and better things. I saw Joe ,at the ladies game, on the Fisher Court with Stetson alone, working on his jump shot. Only other player out there at the other end of the court working on his shot was Will. Stetson has the athletic ability to be a big time player for us. He'll contribute this year and get better and stronger as the years go by.
