RE: All Things Realignment
Would love to see the AAC lead the pack and go all streaming on Amazon Prime or something.

WVU to B1G no way. Not AAU and not close.

UC has been on the cusp of AAU, I cannot ever remember anyone thinking WVU and AAU.

If UConn goes BB BE and FB Indy is it good for UC? It means UConn realizes it will never get a P5 invite. Does it mean UC will never get a P5 or does it leave us as the best option if someone needs a member?

I await the collapse of the B12. It will be fun.

They aren't close and never will be. The company I work for deals with both WVU and UC extensively and the two schools are not remotely close from an academic and research standpoint. UC blows them away.

And I agree on the B12. It's coming soon.

Do we really think the Big 12 will collapse? It seems to me that the PAC is in worse shape, and the B12 seems to be fairly stable.

They both are shaky but the B12 has a geography more conducive to members leaving. B12 members can leave to adjacent conferences such as:

TX,OK, - B1G, SEC
KS - B1G
OKS - SEC

Those 4 will initiate the collapse.

What other P5 conference makes sense for PAC12's?

CO was once B12. The PAC12 members have to sustain as they have not choice, some B12's do.

They B12 leftouts will either invite in AAC members such as UC, UH, Memphis, CSU and try to remain P5 or they will be joining AAC or MW.

Nailed it. Geographically the Big 12 is in massive trouble the minute the SEC / Big 10 decide to add a few more schools.

Thus the question is does the SEC or B1G decide to expand? It is always about money. Can either make more money each by expanding?

It'll be interesting. I think the SEC will eventually expand by 2 more. I think they'd likely target one school East (VT or NCSU) and one West (OU or Oklahoma State).

Amen to this. I'd hope Aresco is shopping us around to the tech companies plus all cable companies and goes with the HIGHEST offer.
