Doesn't Ireland have universal health care? The government has jusrisdiction over all health care decisions.

The couple in question are Hindu immigrants to Ireland, call me a hater but if you are an immigrant to a nation and don't like it's policies or think they will adversely affect you; don't move there. Should have moved to Canada.
