RE: FCS Tournament
I saw that 2700 tickets will be available tomorrow for the general public at 10 am. Are those sold out already too? ( Not much of a concern to me being in the band ) but just wondering.

Umm why would they be sold out already when they don't go on sale until tomorrow morning? They will sell out fast.

RE: FCS Tournament
the front page for football tickets on coxtix says the game is sold out but if you actually click through and try to get tickets, they will come up.

Towson can blame the CAA for not getting in the playoffs. The AQ should have gone to ODU and not Villanova. That took up one spot itself. If ODU takes the AQ, then the committee can pick two more teams from that 6-2 tie for second. I see Towson getting in over Villanova, maybe Richmond. Their own votes to keep us from the conference title came back to bite them in the butt.

I don't follow. If ODU got the AQ, wouldn't the next in line be in the same order as it is, with Villanova next, then UNH, then TU, then UR?

RE: FCS Tournament
Towson clearly deserved to be in it. They had a brutal non conference schedule and it's 2 CAA losses were at JMU and to the best team in the CAA. They also beat both Villanova and NH handily.
What did NH do to deserve a spot? The only win that had that was even semi-impressive was home vs. Richmond. Other wins were Delaware, GS, Maine, RI, W&M
The pecking order for the CAA should have been: ODU, Towson, Nova, NH, Richmond

Towson would have a shot to win it all if they were in. Im happy they aren't. Neither Nova or NH have a snowballs chance in hell.
Plus, they gave UNH a bye? That is a joke.

Nope the pecking order would have/should have been ODU-AQ Towson, UNH, Villanova, Richmond. Looking at wins over each other head to head. Instead, it was Villanova-AQ, ODU, UNH, Towson, Richmond. You see the AQ was based on the CAA determination, the selection committee would have been deciding on the other two at-large bids.

Wagner's stadium only has seats one side of the field (although a nice view of the Verrazano Bridge) Bethune Cookman's stadium looks empty (minus the band)

Re: FCS Tournament
And from the little I was able to watch I am going into it confident. Minus obligatory any given Saturday statement and the poor showing from Villanova so far.
