CUSA Member Sports Sites compared to Ours
I was just viewing our future conference opponents websites and noticed these sites are much more vibrant where ours looks more like a High School site.

Here's a few

How about our future rival VA TECH?

And here is our site. Why isn't it centered like everyone elses? It really looks like we don't give a sh1t.

Time for an overhaul. Aim High! Right?

It's because CBS does a really lame job. Gotta love those 1024x768 desktop backgrounds they offer, too.

It almost looks like C-USA has a universal format for their websites.

RE: CUSA Member Sports Sites compared to Ours
If it's a single company that designs all the CUSA teams sites it is probably a template that is used for all the sites so they have the same look/feel. More than likely ours will be just like theirs.

As a former web developer/designer I've hated all of our websites for a long long time. So dated. But that seems to be a theme with college sports teams websites... a lot of them are poorly laid out and very cluttered.

edit: just like mentioned above looks like CBS sports provides the layouts? That explains why they all look so antiquated.

CBS Interactive provides the styling for their websites, too.
