If Michigan State beats Nebraska
Boise State will control their own destiny to go to a BCS game. We could talk all day about crazy BCS senerios but this one is pretty simple. There is no way Nebraska can pass us with 3 loses.

Go Spartans!!!

There is actually a crazy scenario where Indiana could be in the rose bowl with a 6-7 record.

I'd have to look it up to be sure, but I disagree. Although you are correct that IU could possibly win its division at 5-7, I think the rules for bowl eligibility state that you need to win six games in the regular season. And, if that is the case, I wonder if the Rose Bowl bid would go to at-large?

Well BJ, Indiana, at 3-5, controls their own density for the Rose Bowl.

Indiana would get its 6th win in the Big Ten championship game, so they would be bowl eligible. That is still considered to be a regular season game. It has been hashed out in Big Ten land for awhile - Indiana would go to the Rose Bowl in that scenario.

Whats with ESPN Gameday, they are saying nice things about the
Broncos, they must have started drinking early. Herbie even said
he expects BSU to make a BCS bowl.

NCAA can issue a waiver for 5-win teams, under certain circumstances.
