I known this seem like reading into things. But if UL is replacing their field turf next season wouldn't they have to know what conference they'll play in by the spring or have a good idea of their future plans? I ask this question because i remember reading that when WV made the change they had to replace the whole field because you can't paint over the old logos or patch in new turf. I know UL athletic department has money, but i can't see any school installing new field turf at a cost of upwards to 1m, then turn around and replace it a few years later.

Any thoughts??

Well the conference name on the new turf appears to be either ACC or Big 12. We will have to wait in see.

If this is true Wilkie, somebody needs to make an offer for BigEastFans.com because if Louisville isn't in the Big East anymore, I won't care about writing on the Big East. Sucks too, because I was just getting the site lined out the way I wanted it. :(
