Beat the chimps is the most important thing at hand.

There are some guys, I'd imagine that don't want to leave going 1 - 3 against them. A win would at least allow them to go out even.

I sure hope that the one big can of whoop-@ss that the guys delivered to CMU last year wasn't quite enough.

What can WMU or fans expect out of CMU?

Cody Wilson still there?

Are they tougher against the run or pass?

Their offense is semi-decent with a few good receivers (yes, Wilson is still there) and a developing run game.

Their defense is atrocious. Our O-line is going to dominate the trenches and create big holes for Chance, which will in turn allow TVT to carve up their secondary.

Don't be surprised if it turns into a barn-burner, but our defense is much better than theirs. They will make a few key stops and I think that is what is going to win us the game.

Our Defense is putrid, I hold my breath when we are on offense, ya never know if we will go 3 and out throw a pic, or score a TD, never any flow, rhythm, or momentum. I am expecting a WMU victory.

Cody Wilson is still there. But I beleive they have a couple young bucks that have kinda taken his spot as their main WR. Also, looks like the have a couple big backs that might give us trouble.

That said, as long as Radliff is throwing the ball to the wrong team and Enos is the head coach, CMU isnt going anywhere.

And THAT SAID, as David Drew pointed out in his article earlier this week. We dont have much success in Mt. P.

With the way the season has gone for both teams, I call it a toss up.

Western always seems to find a way to lose this game. I dont see this year being any different CMU 31-WMU 21

If WMU doesn't score more than 35 points in this game, I will be shocked. CMU's defense is that bad.

It all comes dowm to punting abd kicking. If those two guys don't blow it for us I think we win. The unsung hero to a great offense and defense is special teams.

RE: Broncos at CMU
Titus Davis has been a huge bright spot for us after coming on late last year. I believe he already has 16 TD catches in his career. Courtney Williams has struggled at the other WR spot, but was strong last season, so hopefully he can get it going. Cody's still here and is still catching nearly everything thrown his way. The OL is our strong suit and our RB Tipton has been in beast mode a few times this season. It's important we establish the run game early as we have a few backs that have been contributing.

Of course we go as Radcliff and Enos go, and there's way too many question marks there for me to be confident.

I'm looking forward to the game and hoping my Chippewas don't forget the whooping they took last year. They should still be embarrassed and fired up for some revenge.

It's sad how far this game has fallen the last 3 years.

From '06-'09 this game was a huge factor in the MAC West race. Granted we never won any of those games, but at least they were important.

Apathy has set in and I don't think, outside of the few die hards, anyone really cares about this game.

We never win in Mt. P and until we string together 2 or 3 wins there, I will not expect a WMU win there.

CMU 34
WMU 21

Kelly-Shorts is not Death Valley by any stretch of the imagination.

By all means, WMU should win this game.

45-35 Broncos.

RE: Broncos at CMU
What's with all the pessimism? The Broncos are in general a better team and should win this game, provided our special teams unit doesn't COMPLETELY crap out on us. WMU is favored by about 3 points from most betting sources, which means we are +6 on a neutral field.

It's true that we haven't had much success in Mt. P in recent years, but this is not the Chimp team of old. We should win by at least 7-10 points.
