Basketball season is finally here!

I'd like to watch the Panthers game against Duke on ESPNU, but MT is having both the women and men play that day at home.

I'll bet TxState is happy to be in the SBC for that too.

Traditionally were a very strong baseball confrence.

I am excited about it. The Southland was frustrating because it was typically a single bid conference. We would have a good team with a solid OOC RPI. Cruise through the regular season, get tripped up during the conference tourney, and left sitting at home.

For those who are interested, we beat Life 85-62. It took the first half to get ourselves together, but all in all it turned out pretty positive.

Thats the breakdown of the game

Also, RJ Hunter could score a three pretty much anywhere on the court. Guy is a beast

Actually they are.

They have(or at least had) a billboard on 75 somewhere near 120 if I'm not mistaken.

I was trying to make a "funny".

I hope none of the SBC teams lose any exhibitions this season-- not that it really matters, I reckon'.

Didn't FIU or FAU lose one last year ?

RJ Hunter looks like a CLee clone. Both played at Pike. Both 6'5". If Hunter ends up with a Lee like career he would certainly be a good one.

The only reason we got him was because his dad is the HC. He was headed to the Big 10.
