Aresco said there would be a 7th bowl. Unless Pope Benedict or Chuck Norris nullifies the statement then it is law.

Here is Aresco's quote on CBSsports following ESPN's Brett McMurphy's "unnamed sources" news:
"The commissioners have all voiced support for this," Aresco said. "I don't know where the talk of it not happening came from, but we're pretty confident it can get done. We think it has real value."
