You are joking right? Is Dane Cook on your list too?

Yeah, that was joke. Ha ha!

Sometimes it's hard to pick up on sarcasm in this sort of medium. If anything I get to take a shot at Dane Cook so I'm happy

I don't know why y'all are tripping on Sinbad. His first HBO special was hilarious. Unfortunately, his following material just didn't have it.

But that first special was amazing.

Sinbad - McDonalds

In fact, you should think, anytime you see Steve Harvey, you should say to yourself, that should be Sinbad.

He could be very funny but I saw him live once and walked out about 15 to 20 minutes into the show. I was far from being alone. There's a place for anger in comedy IF played correctly but he just hung out in the anger and never made the turn. I never really listened to his stuff after that. His early material was really good but something happened to him.

Bill Hicks was like that a bit, but he was dying of pancreatic cancer at the time. His shows were like a roller coaster; alternately incredibly funny with short pockets of very unfunny anger. I saw Andrew Dice Clay 2 or 3 years after he peaked and he was embarassingly unfunny. Mike McDonald, Norm McDonald and Russell Peters are always funny.

Russell Peters has some hilarious stuff on youtube.

Brain-damaged has always been one of my favorite stand-up specials. But Sinbad doesn't get into my top. He faltered after that.

Just missing my top five would be Cedric the Entertainer, Pryor, Redd Foxx, and Paul Mooney.

Slightly less annoying...and funny as hell. he had some of his funniest bots honed on that album. Laughed so hard I cried.

The funniest thing Sinbad ever did was that Reebok commercial where he tells the super fat kid to show him his 2" vertical.

I remember when I first heard his joke about his dad being out of town and his mom said to him, didn't your daddy tell you to mow the lawn and he said to his mom, well daddy ain't here is he? I was laughing at his mom's response for days.

What do you think of Steve Harvey. That is one of the most unexplainable phenomenons in the history of comedy.

Roundtine.

The glass is round, the jar is round.

I'm more a fan of Bania's "Risk Management" work. Gold, I tell ya.

"f you look closely at Gene Wilder’s face, you can see that he is really struggling to keep a straight face during this scene. I think they had shoot this scene 5 or 6 times before Gene could get through it without cracking up when Cloris Leachman starts nagging him. She was hilarious as Frau…..Blücher! (horse whinnying)."

RE: My 5 favorite comedians of all-time
I always like it when comedians go down into the audience and interact with them. The best bit I saw of this was Mark Curry from the TV show Hangin With Mr. Cooper. He came out on stage and saw some dude in the audience dressed in some weird looking outfit with some Jerry curls and shades on. He rocked his ass so hard I almost passed out. Probably the hardest I've ever laughed. I believe it aired sometime in '95.
