Same format as always.

Schools are listed in the order of the record they need to post IN THEIR REMAINING GAMES in order to become eligible.

As a special bonus, I outline the new bowl selection procedures including the WKU/Ball State rule that would have sent one of them to a bowl last year over UCLA had it been in place at the time.
