He hasn't been kicked off the team yet, nor have a length given to his suspension. We play them November 24th.

EDIT: he is "indefinitely suspended" but "athletic director Allen Ward said in a statement released to the Murray Ledger that Jackson is 'still a very big part of the program'"

Wow....that is disgusting. Of course we aren't really in a position to throw stones right now with what happened with Baze last year and some of our football players, but those players were kicked off the team and I have to believe Baze would have been at the very least suspended if anyone had actually known about it.

This guy has been found guilty, nothing he can do on the basketball court should outweigh his actions in that parking lot. A University of Higher Education should be embarrassed that this guy might still be allowed to suit up in a Murray State jersey ever again.

Can't really compare Baze blowing a .12 to rape and what appeared to be attempted murder in the Murray State player's video. Most people made the same mistake Baze made (and most don't get caught). This video really cuts to the actuall character of this human being.

Drinking a few too many.... running people over on purpose... are we seriously comparing the two?
That ass needs more than 30 days in jail. The university acts like the player is the victim, ""He's got some tough days ahead of him. It hasn't been easy on him, these last couple or months, not being a part of the team activities, but we will continue to work through those times and we'll be there for Zay".
I hope he breaks his leg.
