RE: La Tech Exposed
Well they did beat a putrid Illinois and an awful Virginia team.

New SBC

Texas State up on FBS Idaho big
Georgia State WON a CAA game big against URI
USA lost at stAte but has found its offense

New CUSA

Old Dominion got drummed by FCS Villanova
FIU lost to MTSU (they're now 0-3 in the Belt and 1-6 overall)
La Tech is getting drilled by TAMU
UTSA got stomped by Rice

Meanwhile, all six Sun Belt teams that look to be potentially bowl eligible look to still be on track for bowl games. In CUSA, Tulane (!) followed up two blowout losses to SBC teams by beating SMU. Tulsa, UCF (perhaps ineligible), and ECU are the only CUSA teams with winning records. Houston has a tying record. Its conceivable that CUSA may only qualify for TWO of their six bowl bids this year. Most likely its going to be four (with UCF being eligible).

24-nil with a lot of time left in the second Q

Tony Franklin will score some points in this game, though.

Good eye...I didn't notice. If La Tech had a defense they would be in the game...maybe.

I think you called this one a little early; Tech is down by 8 with a lot of time left

Loser Tech is giving them a game! They are hanging tough. I'm impressed. Early on, it appeared to be a blow out.
Now 46-38 A&M with lots of time left.

A&M has just imploded...this has been utterly pathetic on their part.
