Practice is beginning, so it is time to crank up the board a little bit. So here goes…

College Sports Madness is releasing their annual top 144 men’s basketball teams. Belmont is listed at #68 and is projected to go to the NIT. Being designated for the NIT is the cost of being in the same conference as Murray State. That’s okay though, the conference should be stronger.

Interestingly enough, Mercer is picked to win the ASun and is listed as #123. No other ASun team is listed in the top 144.
