for those unaware. at beginning of video you see jackson sling his shopping cart across the road where it strikes a truck. he supposedly laughed and these citizens confronted him. he then could have drove off but chose instead to swing back around and run dude over with rear bumper. then takes off forward. guy had ran back in front and gets taken for ride of his life.

steve 'not so clean' prohm....have you no shame? these are the kind of moral defectives they get to come to murray.

Hatcher is in over his head

How in the world any coach and AD could justify bringing that POS back is beyond me. This isn't a kid out in a bar who gets into a fight (we have all seen that happen). This is a bum (I have to watch my language) who firstly has no respect for someone's property (running a cart into a car) but then attempts to back up over one person, run over two more people then hauls ass with someone hanging on the hood of his car. There is no explaining that...no rationalization of that...if the AD and coach were men of honor and integrity, this kid would have been booted off the team and booted out of school.

I guess winning is more important than doing the right thing. Hopefully the people who were assaulted will sue the pants off the school and that player. Disgusting!!!

If this isn't the definition of a thug, I don't know what is. How did this guy even get into college (and still in college & playing ball) with rationalization like that? What kind of coach wants that on their team?

What is amazing is that he went to a private school in Hammond,La. St.Thomas Aquanis. Cajun fans can be happy he didn't sign with our program because he was recruited by Marlin.

Seriously looks like a kid who played way to much GTA. This guy needs to be in prison, not in college.

An attempted murder charge would not have been over the top. Felony for sure. Should never be on the hardwood again for Murray or anyone else, IMHO. If they let this thug play, then they are selling their souls in the name of winning. Winning at all cost, with no morality or ethical consciousness is not winning at all.

What a frecking joke. The Judge made him write a letter of apology?? Did this judge make this thug sit in the corner too? This judge ought to be in jail himself for this ruling--sharing the same cell as that psychopath criminal.

this kid was the heir apparent to their all american cannon. who also originally hails from the spotsman's paradise (i believe...he was a katrina kid)

billy kennedy recruited the hella outta louisiana. his old stompin' grounds. i believe kennedy is the one who brought him in.

as wonderful a job as steve 'not so clean' prohm did with his tomato can schedule last year....he did it with kennedy's players.

from reading the comments at the bottom of the video it appears the common citizens of murray don't believe he should ever play there again...much less this year.
