 UNO proposes building ANOTHER arena.

Started in a building seating about 8,300, then had a massive $300 million city built arena in farking 2003 that seats 17,000 (that granted, they don't sell out) and now they're looking for donations to build an on-campus arena that seats about 7,500.
Someone cut the farm subsidies if they can afford a new arena every ten years.
