Have the Warriors app on my iPhone, and it just updated. They now have Baze listed on the team player cards...#20!

So Kent played 6 mins in the first game, 0 in the second and only 2 last night...WTH!?

At least he is getting more playing time than some guys on the preseason roster. I think Bazemore will have to battle for minutes and will probably more playing time once someone gets hurt during the season.

That was pretty funny, but gosh there are a lot of rookies on that team..

He played five minutes last night. He didn't do much. One rebound and 3 fouls.

I don't see how he is going to make the team playing 2 minutes a game

Golden State waived four guys today, putting their roster at 15. Unless there are some more roster changes between now and the beginning of the season, Bazemore could make the roster since the max is 15 and he is still with them.

NBA active rosters are only 13. So it still isn't a done deal for Kent.

Remember Frank made Spurs final 15 last year but didn't make the final roster.

I'm a big Warrior fan so bear with me. First off Stephen Curry re-injured his surgically repaired ankle, but should be active for opening day. Here's a link to their salary structure. http://hoopshype.com/salaries/golden_state.htm

Curry, Thomspon, Barnes, Rush, Bogut, Lee, Jack, Biedrins, Jefferson, Ezeli, Landry are locks to make the 13. That would leave four guys competing for two spots. Baze, Charles Jenkins, Draymond Green and Jeremy Tyler.

Jenkins isn't signed after this season and Tyler would be a good candidate to continue to grow in the D-league instead of playing behind 5 other high-salary guys for playing time.

My prediction is Baze makes the 13 with either Jenkins or Green. I wouldn't be completely shocked if Jenkins is the odd man out going forward. The Warriors like Baze and he could step right into Richard Jefferson's role and minutes in the future.

Do guys on the IR not count towards the 13?

I don't think they have an IR (like in football) in the NBA. I could be wrong...

Baze isn't even on the depth chart for this game, even though he's on the roster. It seems he really isn't going to play unless someone gets hurt. Even if golden state is up by like 50 points. smh hope im wrong

There are 15 on the roster but only 13 are active. Baze is not active as of now.
