Hey... if you're going to be putting up new signs or painting or renovating, etc... might as well put up the new stuff!

USF did it too with the Sun Dome in putting up the NBE teams and omitting Pitt/Cusa.

WVU did it by adding the Big XII logo to their new practice courts when the legal stuff was raging.

Contracts already signed...If you don't mind p!ssing off CUSA while you're still playing your final season there, I say go for it!

That's at our practice facility. No CUSA team would see it. That said, for some reason CUSA fans seem to be MUCH madder at Memphis for leaving than Houston, SMU, or UCF..

I hear Louisville has put up and taken down the Big12 sign about 2 dozen times.

New Mexico had all the flags for the MWC schools including Utah State and San Jose State flying at our game with them last weekend. Noticeably missing--Boise State and SDSU. Felt good! I sure wish we could get rid of that ugly purple logo on our belongings right now instead of waiting until June.

I'm sure there is a clause in our BE contract that says we can't use the logo until next July 1. Guess they don't really enforce it, huh?

You could be right, but it doesn't specifically say that in the contract, IIRC. It just flat says you can't use it before July 1, 2013.

Useless without pics.

You won't see any Big East logos on playing surfaces, arenas, or anywhere it can be seen by the masses, and especially by TV. No reason to be that crass anyway.
