UGH -- that's not going to help the ACC image going forward

Boy, I feel bad for BC next week.

I know IceJus10 just said this game wouldn't help the ACC image going forward- I disagree with that to some degree. The game thta doesn't help the ACC image to me is more the BC loss to Army.

Catch-22. It helps the conference image if you have a team in the top 5. It helps the conference image if you have a team beat a top 5 team. Would have been nice if that top 5 team was not in the conference but that is not the way the schedule played out.

Great day for NC state. Bad for ACC and FSU.

I was pretty close on this one, just had a hunch.

Always hard to play a team that is good or better on the road at night. FSU offense went into a shell and once again ruined a good defensive effort. Until the offense can be consistent, FSU will continue to drop games against inferior teams like this each season. Any given week you can lose to anyone though. I wasn't expecting a blowout with this atmosphere. And NC State is really the only game besides Clemson in this division that I can get excited for in most years.
