Chris Hockman: UTSA Roadrunners Examiner writer
Does anyone know more about Chris Hockman, a sports writer from the Examiner (http://www.examiner.com)? He has been writing articles about the UTSA football team (mainly recaps) and on the other UTSA sports such as women's soccer, volleyball and on men's and women's basketball since 2010 (and in somewhat frequent amounts).

We've all heard and know about the writings of Dan McCarney and Jerry Briggs (mysa.com), David Flores (KENS5.com), and a few other sportswriters from other local San Antonio media outlets, but I don't think anyone on any message board has ever talked about Hockman much (besides perhaps just citing his articles on relevant threads). In fact, I feel like he's a bit underrated since he writes about UTSA's sports quite a bit yet he doesn't get as much attention as others that publish UTSA Athletics-related articles do.

A quick look at his bio (http://www.examiner.com/utsa-roadrunners...is-hockman) shows that he is originally from Australia and is part of the Crocketteers, the support group for the San Antonio Scorpions (yes, he is a big soccer fan). He also has a Twitter account: @chrisomni

So yeah, I just wanted to start this thread to see if we can get a discussion going about him.
