I am a freshmen here at ole miss and have followed ole miss football very closly since I was in jr high. I remember the day Patrick Willis committed to us and thinking how this guy could be a stud. Well I was driving down jackson ave and I see an suv with a big tennessee sticker on the back of it with a 49 in the middle. I was like that must be Patrick Willis. I pulled up closer and saw where it said P Willy Style on the back. I pulled up next to him and rolled down my window and gave him a thumbs up. He rolled down his windown and asked whats up. I said nothing much but I looked foward to seeing him pack, and kelvin robinson hitting some heads. He said follow me and so of course I followed him. He pulled into the rebel bookstore and got out and talked to me for about 15 minutes. I asked him every inside thing I could think of about olemiss. He said he likes the 4-3 much better because he can just go to hitting instead of worrying about so many assignments(4-2-5). I asked him how Jamal Pittman was doing and he laughed and shook his head. He said they were working on goal line situations the other day and that they were killing each other with no one getting the majority of the hit. He said his head kills him when he hits jamal but he just rubs it off. Jamal apparently was really hurting though after Pwilly hit him. I then asked him about how Lane was. He said he didn't mean to hurt him but he would be ok. He said he loved the fact that the coaches say if the linebackers happen to slip and hit the quartback it's ok. He said last year the coaches would freak if they got near the quarterback. He gave me his number and asked if I would come hang out with him play video games etc. He said and I quote "God made everyone equal I don't feel above anyone" Before we left I made him commit to me one thing. That he will not leave ole miss early. He said his number one goal was to get an education and graduate. P Willy really made my day!(Sorry about the bad grammar)
