The things one can learn by listening to former head coach Steve Logan on the radio.

I didn't know former ECU OC Todd Berry is the head coach at UL-Monroe now. Logan shared a story about how Berry waited for Arkansas' John L. Smith at mid-field to shake hands. Smith didn't show. Logan sent Berry a text asking, "Did John L. show up?"

What I didn't realize was that John L. did the same thing to Logan in '99 when ECU defeated Smith's Louisville squad.

Does John L. Smith have ANY redeeming qualities?
