Looks like USF's only losses are to 2 top 10 teams. Miami and penn state. USF played both teams tough.

Joe Pa returning always has good vibes on ratings, attendance, and merchandice, the only bad part is now the B10 will want to keep the lions, rather than let the BE get them
In the same breath yopu can't forget Bama, Nebraska, and ofcourse ND
Their combined records is 19-2, this can only help college football

Since this is a BE board, and 2 BE teams lost close games to penn St, who is now a top 10 team, it looks better for those 2 teams, thus making the BE look not as bad.
