They're in the ACC

Bad program and in turmoil.

They could be the Indiana of the ACC.

They got what they deserved for forcing Ralph Friedgen out.

How did they do overall with Friedgen there? I know they started out good. And I don't think they were ever as bad as they are now but I haven't paid much attention to them.

He had them in a bowl game seemingly every year despite being picked to finish near the bottom of the ACC perennially. Maryland wasn't great, but I'm sure their fans are longing for the days of Friedgen right now. Edsall has been a train wreck.

The dumb this is that they forced Friedgen out because they didn't want to hire the coach in waiting on the staff so they went this route to can the entire staff.

That coach? James Franklin. The guy who's making freaking Vanderbilt competitive in the SEC.

Good move.

Wow, I didn't know that. Karma is a B, I guess.

Sometimes fans just get too big for their britches, they probably thought anything more than a few losses was unacceptable. They didn't realize what they had.

I'm sorry Rockettes fans, you were saying?

They'll be 3-2 in about a half hour and should be 4-1 if not for kicking fiascos in week 2.

You're right, coaching and kicking got them down 0-2 this season, but they seem to have righted the ship, I had figured they'd fall around 7-5 this season and they should.

Well, they get a big assist because the B1G is so weak this year.

RE: MAC Football - Week 1 rankings
Not necessarily, I think they'll still beat the usuals they would in normal years like Northwestern, Illinois etc and lose to who they normally would like OSU. It's not like a down year in the conference will have them beating all of the big boys.
