Mostly agree. Greg Robinson did drive your program into the ground worse than I've ever seen a previously successful program done so. And y'all are lucky be where you are considering what Robinson did to your program. It's too early to tell whether or not Cuse is good or middle of the road this year. If you get the little things worked out, your offense looks good enough for y'all to have a good season (9 or more wins). I think it's entirely possible y'all make a run in the BE but the OOC is way too tough all things considered.

Anyone with 2 eyeballs can see that. At best Northwestern is a bottom 4 team in the Big 10. They are still nothing special. Syracuse will be in the same grouping in the ACC.
What is your reason for posting? Your unhappiness with the ACC its two new additions is noted, so why do you have to keep bringing down every thread? We get it - don't worry...but you're constant complaining isn't doing this board any good.

I follow the ACC scoreboard now and root for every team...including FSU. If I had something negative to say, I am content with keeping it to myself. Can't you just do the same? The situation is what it is so why not just make the best of it? Try supporting the conference teams because a strong conference is good for all of us!

Contrary to popular belief it is not a requirement for everyone to be like some of you that are always in here shaking your pom poms and making the human pyramid while chanting "ACC ACC!" I find it amazing that so many posters here aren't so much in favor of a discussion board, but an ACC homer ****** ****.

If you don't like anything that a poster says then the responsibility is yours to remove the problem. Go to his profile page and select "Add to ignore list" If you are too lazy to do that then I suggest you hike up your cheerleader skirt and put on a set of big girl panties because there is nothing in the User AUP of this site that requires someone to beer a cheerleader.

If you and Ragu wish to continue wearing your Big 12 cheerleader uniforms and wave your pom poms, that's O.K., just take it over to the Big 12 board.

We try to have discussions here but they are continuously hijacked by a couple of people who expected an invite to a conference which never materialized. My daughters behave better than that and they are supposed to be drama queens, they are teenage girls! Besides, you should want your conference mates to win all OOC games to boost the overall SOS so when your team beats them, your team;s SOS goes up that much more!

If you want to start a new thread about how bad the ACC is or how bad a particular team is, that would be fair game. No need to hijack a perfectly good thread.

FYI I have said a million times on here that I prefer a realigned ACC the right way over going to the Big 12. But yes I would prefer the Big 12 over the crap division and setup that FSU/Clemson are dealing with currently. Especially since basketball schools are running the football portion of the conference and all the decisions cater to them (instead of improving the football matchups)

Only down by 5 entering the 4th. Ended up losing by 13. I think we shut up some of the naysayers today. Even with a loss. Our offense has our gained both Northwestern's and USC's. I'll be very disappointed if we don't contend in the Big East. A 9-3 season is doable. Run the table in the Big East and beat Stony Brook and Minnesota.

The Vegas point spread was 27, which means half the country thought you'd lose by 27 or more. You only lost by 13, so you are better than folks think you are (just not good enough to bet #2 yet).

Also, Northwestern showed how good they are by handling a pretty good Vandy team. Now SU has to start turning its talent into wins.

Yes, I agree. SU performed admirably in the USC game, much better than anyone accept many SU fans thought. But there was no consolation prize in losing. The team still LOST. The NW game still sticks in my craw (as they say in the south). That should have been a win the way the team dominated NW. Now its time to go on a 7-9 game winning streak. Sorry Pitt fans, I love you guys, but I hope you continue to struggle for just a little bit longer until after our game. I think 8 to 10 wins is doable. The only real potential stumble is going to be Louisville and Missouri. Outside of that the BE has terrible offenses. Cincy might pose a challenge too. Dont know about them yet. But Uconn, Temple, USF, Rutgers, Pitt offenses are all struggling right now.

NW could end up with 9 wins in the regular season if they stay healthy. They dont play Michigan or MSU or Nebraska until the end of the season.

UCONN can't score against a real team to save their lives. Given that USC couldn't stop our offense, I don't see UCONN stoping it. SU v. UCONN could get ugly...fast! I don't see Temple or SB winning either, so that's 3 wins. Pitt is not playing well this year at all, so we should get a win there. Minn isn't very good, so we should win against Minn. That leaves us with RU (who we should beat), USF, and UC. Assume that we have a ton of bad luck, and lose 2/3 of those (RU, UC, and USF) games, we would still have 6 wins, plus a shot at MIZZOU and UL. We could easily end the season with a 7-5 record, and have a chance of doing as well as 9-3 (although I doubt we will be 9-3). 7-5 woud probs give us the Pinstripe Bowl again, which would be great for SU fans and future recruits!

I think Syracuse has a decent team this year. It probably will not show in the record because of the tough schedule. I think Louisville, Missouri and Cincy will be tough games. The offense is pretty good this year.
