After his first visit to WKU Benson gave his impressions of WKU's football complex and basketball complex. Benson said that they were the best in the SunBelt, WAC and the MAC. He was very impressed with the over 100 million dollar in upgrades WKU has done over the past couple of years.

Good video, so I won't jump on your case like everybody else. BUT if you're a member of this conference and are trying to brag about the commish saying you have the best facilities in the conference, please for the love of God spell the conference's name right!! I'll agree that WKU has nice football and basketball facilities but the baseball field isn't very attractive.

I'm just kidding. That image just seemed appropriate there. WKU does have nice facillities. The best?? Not sure about that one.

I think Benson meant overall. Not one facility that outshines everyone, but the overall athletics complex as a whole. I'd say UNT has the best football venue, Troy has the best basketball venue, and baseball, I don't care about baseball.

Football - I haven't been to all stadiums to know, but UNT leaves next season and I'm not sure who'd be best after them. I know FAU is newest but that doesn't mean anything.

Basketball - Is Troy's arena even finished? You already claim it as the best in the Belt?

Baseball - The best baseball stadium has to be USA followed by ULL. Best Softball stadium is ULL.

The two you mentioned are bigger and probably nicer but I think MT's has the most attractive outside appearance.

It's been finished for about a month now. It's one of the best in the country at this point in terms of bells and whistles and the over look and feel of the venue. The size is the only drawback. South's is very nice too. I was there broadcasting on FM100.1/AM560 for high school basketball tournement. Good times

You can thank Saint Louis University for that. If they would had accepted an invite to the MVC, WKU more than likely would have been #12.
