RE: Tuesday Practice Notes
This mornings 8am practice was canceled yesterday. It seems that DD gave the guys the AM off with just the afternoon practice.

The guys on twitter are saying that camp is over. I am guessing they mean 2 a days.

I cant imagine that DD would not use every practice he is allowed so I wonder if the SF outing did count towards a practice. The only other option is that they would practice on Sunday which they almost never do.

Maybe we're so good that we don't need all the practices.

Hahahaha. Awesome.

The best part was when they were doing 7 on 7's and on the other side of the field doing OL/DL drills. We were sitting right next to each other looking in oppoiste directions.

Good coaches know when to dial back. More important than using the maximum number of practices is recognizing physical and mental burnout and adjusting for it.

Just like the Minnesota and Purude lines ate the NIU offensive line alive, right?

While I know you don't have a 4 year degree, I also know your not this stupid. The NIU teams that went up against Minnesota and Purdue had excellent offensive lines. Can you say the same thing about the 2012 Huskies with a straight face? You seem to severely underestimate the importance of offensive line play. That Jordon Lynch all by himself can overcome the deficiencies of raw and untested o-line. I don't get it.

I'm not saying anything. You're the one saying it's a Big 10 defense so NIU is going to get "eaten alive." Just saying it doesn't always happen that way.

It was like a scene out of Mayberry. 7 Says " Pa, did you see that diving catch at the goal line." Huskiebob "No Opie, I was to busy watching Andrew Ness pull around the left end and kick out the linbacker."
