[split] Bryce McNeal is not coming to UCONN

He could have easily stated that the Clemson recruit is not coming to UCONN and that he is looking into Louisville. That wasn't good enough so he had to go out of his way to puff up his school and slam other schools at the same time.
Why are even still here? Go to the ACC board where you belong
....Which conference is Memphis playing in for 2012/2013?
Memphis has officially joined the Big East anyways, I think a Tigers fan has a right to be on this board.
And considering that Pitt is still in the BE for this season, I should be able to post over here without being accosted on a message board by a fan of a school that didn't even join the BE yet. I'm not begrudging the Memphis fan from posting over here, but he/she is doing that to me.
I begrudge YOU, not because you're a Pitt fan or because Pitt is an ACC soon-to-be school but because you have badmouthed Memphis every chance you have had.

Did I say anything about Memphis in this thread? Sorry for the thread jacking, but this is simply too much.

Well, we certainly aren't Temple. We don't accept a ton of unqualified players with horrible academics

Faux elitism from UConn is hilarious. UConn was a nothing school just a few years ago. Temple is a huge school that has people from all different backgrounds. I'm glad you feel good about yourself for not taking disadvantaged kids from the inner city. Thank you for not taking the CT kids that have thrived here and gotten their degrees. I'm sure Brian Sanford, Terrance Knighton, and Eli Joseph, all Hartford natives and Temple grads playing in the NFL are happy they went to Temple.
LOL.. a Temple fan talking smack about academics and football.. Nuff said.

I can appreciate that you have pride in your school and want to give out the latest info you have. However, you can learn to have more humility in life. Your comments reek of arrogance. You sound like an elitist. I'm sure this is not the image you want to portray. I don't know why some people feel compelled to build themselves up by tearing others down.

I'm not talking smack at all, I'm saying elitism coming from someone who went to UConn is utterly hilarious. You are absolutely kidding yourself if you think UConn has a better academic reputation than Temple nationally and internationally. Save me the US News Rankings bull.

Maybe you can't read, but who is the idiot who tried to tear down whom? Go back and reread the thread again. I know you got your limitations, but I am assuming you can read.

Whatever makes you feel better. It still doesn't change the fact Temple gives out FB scholarships to kids that can barely read never mind being qualified for college.

Don't be so angry. I just pointed out the fact that you went way out of your way to let everyone know that UCONN rejected this kid because of the high academic standards at UCONN. Then you wished Louisville good luck in landing the kid. Clearly you were trying point out that he was not good enough for UCONN and should go knock on UL's door instead. Clearly the statements of an elitist. All I'm saying is that there is no need for that. There's no reason to tear down other people's schools.
