If you mean Spaniards from Spain and not Latin Americans, there actually are lots of them. In the NW corner of Spain (and northern Portugal) there is a large Celtic population. Also, during the Napoleonic wars, Wellington's British forces spent a lot of time around Porto. So there are a lot of Celtic/British looking people in that area.

We turned over some minesweepers to the Spanish navy when I was on active duty. One of the Spanish crews included these twins who were about 6-4, red-headed, very fair-skinned, and freckled. A lot of our sailors were expecing Mexican-looking people and were quite amazed.

Some years later, I remember stopping at a McDonald's in Coimbra, which is about where the dividing line between north and south is in Portugal. Hey, the woman I was travelling with was NOT and adventurous eater. In came a youth soccer team. Half the kids looked Mexican and half of them looked Irish.

Look at the Spain Olympic Roster. There's actually quite a few. Some pale, some white, some redhead, some all of those. Many are none of those.

What's your point? Have you ever seen a white African? I have. :D
