that was a pretty pathetic crowd at the NIT game. I don't understand how you guys can get 30,000 for 1 game and about 3000 for another. I know its the NIT, but shouldnt you show a little more support.

I agree jarr, I thought Marquette would get much more support than that. They got the win though.

yes--the crowd was weak. We should have more support but I think that fans are so diappointed over the season and the fact we were playing Toledo on a Monday night--did not help either. If we play UNLV or UWM next week--there will be more fans. If MU continues to win in this tourney more fans will come out. Alot of factors going against having a big crowd tonight.

Also, it is not like the NIT gave MU much time to get the word out. Milwaukee just find out last night that there was going to be a game tonight. About 24 hours.
