I don't know, I like Sound-off. I should give the Mainboard a try though.

It's a damn good board. It's not just football talk it's discussion about all things. (example: there is a Breaking Bad thread, a tornado thread, a golf thread, etc.) It is mostly made up of the big BCS fans. (not really a surprise) but they are a decent amount of non AQ fans.

It has a few trolls (TheHebrew1, topsuite) but most posters are pretty good.

Both have positives and negatives. The big difference for me is that Mixon is at least at practices and sporting events. White lives in Tennessee. So I'd check myself calling someone illiterate because they are from Tennessee writing for BGN. White is in TN too.

Agree 81. Mixon got lazy and ignored his subscribers. Drew works his tail off and is doing a great job. BGN is the established pay board and I sure don't blame anyone for being loyal to that board, but I will say if they just try Drew's board for one month, they will be pleasantly surprised.

I don't think he got lazy, I think he started his new job as a Supervisor of whatever county he lives in and it took him longer than he thought it would to get up to speed.

I'm sure you'd prefer we sat quietly and let you trash BGN, but I for one can verbally support Lanny and BGN without being an @ss about the Scout site, something some of you Scouters in this thread can't seem to do. Maybe you're some of the riffraff Lanny had to ban for constantly insulting fellow Golden Eagle fans? Seems to fit the tone of your posts on this thread.

I can assure you I wasn't banned. Never got in trouble over there. Quit paying because I wasn't getting anything in return.

I don't care what Lanny's reason was. He quit doing what I was paying for, so I quit giving him money.
