Yeah, this hits really close to home. I know one of my buddies I serve with in the Marines is a police officer for Aurora, and I also know that Stephen Franklin and his family are from there. I heard about this around 4:30am when I was getting ready for work....

I wish to echo these exact sentiments.

I didn't know Jessica personally, but we had several mutual friends. My coworker actually used to work with her at Fox. I was a big fan of her feisty tweets. It's too crazy how life works... Wish the University would have made a statement in her honor..

Terrible loss.
