Okay. I think this thread has degenerated long enough. So it's moving day...

Working under the assumption the Dude is correct it really shows how nervous the teams not named OU and UT are about the B12. They (rightly) want to expand to secure their league so that should UT and/or OU leave down the road that they are not left potentially homeless like they almost were during the last expansion go around. Where as UT and OU are saying (much like a serial cheating spouse) that they are committed while continuing to check out every hot chick that walks by.

I think the GOR will stabilize things short term but I don't know that it does anything long term for the B12 unless they can get enough teams to survive a potential jump by UT/OU. So while I understand the big fish are teams like ND and FSU perhaps the schools wanting expansion should agree on midlevel teams like Louisville or BYU.
